I am free.

Whatever I do, whatever I think, whatever I believe.

I am free to consider myself free or to consider myself a slave.

I am free to follow my will or to let myself be dragged along by my whims and impulses.

Nothing and no one diminishes my freedom, even when forms of manipulation, exploitation or obedience come into view.

I am free to let myself be manipulated, exploited and made to obey.

Nothing and no one is against my freedom, even when they mean to be.

It is impossible that anything or anyone has ever entered the most sacred part of my being without my permission and my decision.

I cannot blame anything or anyone for my not agreeing with my own permissions and decisions.

Not society, not others, not the mind, not the ego.

I myself do all that I do, think all that I think and believe all that I believe.

All of this is solely my own creation.

I have always been free, and always will be.
