And energy flows from us.

Because as living beings we are energy, which is unstoppable movement.

It flows like a current toward wherever we aim it.

If we don't understand our energy, we will only feel an urgency to release it.

We cannot stop life while we wait to understand it.

We must rise above the feeling of urgency to clarify our understanding.

Our understanding gives us the ability to handle energy.

Our intention in how we handle it gives it the shape and the colors in which it expresses itself in the world.

The clarity with which we see the world gives meaning to that intention in the context we live in.

We are responsible for what flows from us.

We are unstoppable life.
