My feeling is oriented toward harmony and peace.

What are harmony and peace?

It is orienting harmony and peace toward my feeling.

It is being, within me, a source of harmony and peace.

How is the situation I live oriented toward my feeling?

The situation I live is a challenge to my feeling.

The situation I live pulls me toward not feeling.

When I do not feel, division, sadness and violence are set off in me.

When I feel, I ask myself: What am I defending?

Harmony and peace are within me.

What am I looking for out there, in the situation I live?

What do I want to change in the world?

I feel, without fantasy, without hope, without illusion.

I feel that I am harmony and peace.

And I feel that, by feeling, I radiate harmony and peace.

And I feel the situation I live become steeped in my feeling.

I feel my harmony and my peace spill over into the world.

Inward, into myself, I orient myself.

Toward my feeling I orient myself.

I orient my feeling toward harmony and peace.

I seek nothing more.
