What relief comes when I relax, firm on my feet.

What relief comes when I relax, firm on my feet. What peace flows when my spine honors the discipline that holds it up. How much love shines when I center my will on the good of knowing how to live.

I close my eyes to observe within me my darkest impulses, my most disordered emotions, my most crystalline simplicity and my most transparent light. Then I open them to give you and dedicate to you nothing more and nothing else than the kind beauty I cultivate from my own sincerity.

Thank you for the glow of your gaze, for the effort of your path, for the awakening of your consciousness. Thank you for sharing that spark that makes you live and that fire you make live. Thank you for being here.
