I say democracy and I am the worst tyrant.
I say religion and I kill in the name of God.
I say tolerance and I kill whoever kills just like me.
I use the word brotherhood against my brother.
I, me, mine, all for one and nothing for all.
I crush and dominate, therefore I am.
Bulls, cows and chicks, land, rivers and trees, sacrificed to my gluttony.
Wickedness, misery, hierarchy, cunning.
Your phone or your life.
And where is God's mercy?
Where do I find the longed-for happiness?
Here I am, I who seek the light, I who want love,
Don't I deserve a better world?
And behold this one who longs for happiness without accepting it.
Behold this one who seeks the light yet will not dare to shine.
Behold this one who wants love while hating hatred.
Behold this one who only complains and is miserable.
But behold, this one too is being watched
This one is the protagonist of the movie.
This one is the villain and the hero, the architect and the dreamer.
And who watches this one? Who watches the movie?
Who projects the dream, no matter what happens in it?
Who is so merciful as to allow everything to exist?
Who, beyond all that happens, remains here?
