Moments...

No, happiness is not made of consolations. Remembering is not living, for memories are dead.

If happiness happens only sometimes, what is it worth? Will you settle for drops when you are the ocean?

Are your actions aimed at filling up the idea of how you feel, at piling up records to decorate the history of your person? Is your goal to collect as many memories as possible, as much well-being as possible? You fill and fill, while you remain empty.

Can you really trust what does not last? Can you really act on what cannot be trusted? Can you really be happy because of how you act?

No, moments will not give you peace. You cannot light a living fire in yourself, for whatever you light will go out. Do you really need sparks when you are the eternal fire?

Are you not beyond any experience that passes before you? Are you not beyond any moment? Are you not imperishable happiness itself?
