Students of the Instant

Studying the Instant

"We study the instant to understand its unique essence more deeply and to act more in tune with it.
Without depth, one instant can look like another.
Boredom can be justified, fear can be projected.
To go deep is to attend to the present, forgetting everything else.
Forgetting to judge, to believe we know some instant we have never lived.
The best way to act means knowing nothing.
We can only study the unknown.
We can only enjoy the unknown."
